Mike joined our team in 2000 and was promoted to Commercial Director in 2002. Mike was further promoted to Chief Operating Officer early 2017, working closely with the CEO in managing the Company's commercial affairs (in particular complex tenders, quotes and contracts) and overseeing the Company's Local and Distance Sales and Transport functions, Driver Performance, HR and IT. In April 2019 Mike accepted responsibility for all ARRC business and operations.
Murray Kelman
Group Operations Director

Murray has worked with ARR Craib for over 30 years and is responsible for overseeing the efficient day-to-day running of our long distance fleet. He is based in ARR Craib's Dyce headquarters.
Bob Donald
Head of Fleet

Bob joined the Company in 1989 and after many years service as Fleet Manager was promoted to Fleet Director in 2014. He works closely with the Group Operations Director and ensures that the very highest standards of fleet maintenance and presentation are maintained.
Andrea Buchan
Head Of HR

Andrea joined ARR Craib in 2015 and was promoted to HR Director in 2016. She is a Chartered Member of the CIPD with many years’ experience in HR; locally, nationally and internationally. Andrea has responsibility for all people-based activity in an operational and strategic capacity and is working to develop an HR agenda that closely supports the overall aims of the Company.
Graeme Taylor
Head of Palletline Sales

Graeme joined our team in 2008 when ARR Craib joined the Palletline network. He has a background in the Palletline network going as far back as 2000. Graeme is responsible for the management of our Palletline operations in Aberdeen and Cumbernauld and works closely with the Operations Directors.
