Admin Assistant - Dyce, Aberdeen

Due to increased workload we have a temporary vacancy for an Accounts Administrator to join our finance team on a full time basis.
Main responsibility of the role is to provide administrative support to Accounts in ensuring all sales invoices for the Group are issued to customers accurately and as quickly as possible
Tasks would include:
• Collate & process Proof of Delivery Notes (PODs) in MANPAC
• Sort and Batch PODs
• Process Subcontractor PODs
• Provide support for customer POD requests
• Provide general POD Administration and Finance support
• Process Palletline Sales Invoices weekly
• Posting daily sales ledger cash receipts
• Assist in processing Sales Invoices for the Distance Division as required
As far a skills, ability and qualities are concerned we are looking for someone with:
• Administrative experience, proven ability to process & manage large volumes of data
• Sales Invoicing and cash experience preferable
• Flexible and willing to adapt to change.
• Polite, friendly & professional telephone manner.
• Experience with MS Office (particularly Excel) and accounting systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to use initiative 
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills 
Although initially on a temporary basis there is the potential for this role to become permanent.
